Manhattn's Bruges : a New Yorker in a medieval city
It's an unexpected marriage, but that only adds to its intrigue. Jerome and Philippe chose to conquer the heart of Bruges and to open a two-story restaurant. They discovered the perfect authentic building with an industrial, meat-packing aesthetic on Simon Stevinplein. The final interior design has undergone significant evolution since the latest Manhattn's executed. It aligns with the second Paris location set to open soon. The raw structure of the building was retained, while a clever mix of Art Deco pieces, steakhouse ambiance, and vintage decorative elements was added.
