Live life at your volume

Loop Earplugs allow people to live their life to the fullest, at full volume. Safe in the knowledge that no situation or noise can overwhelm them. In a product category where brands want to come across as calming, Loop wanted to empower. And move beyond earplugs as something you’re trying to hide – because Loop earplugs are made to be seen. In close collaboration with Loop's in-house Creative Studio, we created an identity that embodies this vision.

Loud and proud

With Loop earplugs you’re free to dance, free to ride, see the world or stay inside. While earplug brands usually have a zen-like, soothing visual language, we decided to be loud and proud about reducing noise. Making Loop a bold brand that challenges you to go out there and be fearless.

A custom typeface

The Loop icon and wordmark both feature the geometric O-shape that refers to the product. A brand that’s all about being loud and proud wants its messages to get noticed. That’s why we tailored the typeface with a custom O-glyph that captures Loop’s unique spirit.  

The Loop brand voice is packed with personality. Being loud and proud means sounding confident, witty and positive. Loop puts words out there for the world to see and dares to be different. 

To fully take earplugs out of their medical context, we translated Loop’s bright color palette to their packaging design.
