Client Service Manager - Interior Design
We create brands and spaces that make people feel. This makes our work go beyond form and aesthetics, but focus on the way people experience the space. This experience is shaped by a multitude of touchpoints and impressions, ranging from a client’s identity and voice to experience a brand or interior design.
Your role is to guide our clients and the internal team during the design trajectories from A-Z. You are the spokesperson for the client during the design process and will translate their needs towards the internal team existing of designers, technical drafts(wo)men and project managers.
You have a passion for interior design and creating space experiences
You are a born communicator and have a proved track record in guiding clients on hospitality, retail, office and hotel projects (8 years)
You have a good understanding of designing and building interiors and can guide the team from a Client Service Manager's point of view
You love managing several projects and people at the same time
You’re eager to build long term relationships with clients and brands
You are used to presenting to a client
You are positive minded and have an entrepreneurial spirit
You get a kick of delivering the ideal result for the client in time, within budget and with a team that is proud of it
You don’t mind solving problems but love to prevent them
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
You wouldn’t mind taking on a project across the borders
You are the first point of contact and will guide the client and creatives during the entire design process
You will write and monitor the approach, budget and timings
You have a helicopter view on your projects and know their status on all times
You will share your design knowledge with the team
You will manage every detail to make our projects succeed
You will motivate the team internally and externally to make groundbreaking work
You will join a team of 35 highly skilled multidisciplinary creatives relentlessly striving to move people with the brands and spaces they create.
