Client Service Manager (branding)

At the intersection of art, design and entertainment, our branding team creates visual identities, brand narratives, packaging and brand experiences that create desire and drive responsible progress.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager that will be handling branding, re-branding and packaging design tracks for national and international clients. 

As a Client Service Manager, it is your role to be not only a contact person, but a partner for your clients. You are responsible for client satisfaction - by delivering projects on scope, on time and on budget - and growing a client portfolio. Next to this, you manage internal project teams with strategists, designers and copywriters, in collaboration with our Creative Direction. 

You will seek ways to grow our business with existing clients and be actively involved in following up on new inquiries. 

We believe in the added value of collaboration at our studio in Antwerp. As the role of Client Service Manager requires a lot of interaction and bringing together different experts in our team, we'd love to have you here with us at the studio in Antwerp.

About you

  • You currently hold a position or have experience in a Senior Account Manager or Account Director role.

  • You have a passion for brands and design. 

  • You have experience in guiding clients through brand strategy and design tracks. This involves building a scope of work and setting out a project roadmap.

  • You thrive when managing several projects at the same time.

  • You are a born communicator internally and externally.

  • You are positive minded and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • You’re eager to build long term relationships with our clients ánd love opening doors to build new ones.

  • You are authentic, even in a commercial role.

  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
