Inspired by the café noisette — espresso softened by a single drop of milk — the visual identity revolves around this simple gesture. Each dotted ‘i’ becomes a falling drop, placed just outside the wordmark, hinting at something familiar made surprising.

The vibrant red and white colour scheme is paired with hand-drawn illustrations that bring lightness, warmth, and just the right amount of whimsy.

As one of the destinations within Faubourg 21, Noisette offers its own distinctive atmosphere while contributing to the layered narrative of the space. Here, the great indoors becomes a place of contrast and comfort. It’s where the everyday ritual of brunch takes on a new character.
