Gigue

- Modernist elegance meets bold femininity

Feminine form follows function

Client:
Gigue

Belgian fashion brand Gigue approached us with a clear vision: to create a boutique that captures the essence of their core audience—confident, fashion-forward women who know exactly what they want. The interior needed to reflect strength, sophistication, and femininity without compromise.

Translating this bold yet refined identity into a physical space required a careful balance between functionality and aesthetic. We looked to modernist icons Eileen Gray and Charlotte Perriand for inspiration—women who redefined design in male-dominated spaces by embracing simplicity and purpose.

The result is a boutique that feels serene yet strong. A neutral, tactile backdrop sets the stage for subtly rounded forms, including a curved wall element that gently encloses the space. Travertine, chrome, and glass create a cohesive material palette, while terracotta accents and a paravent inspired by Gray’s ‘Briques’ introduce warmth and intimacy. Every detail—down to the soft green hues and fluid lines—contributes to a space that quietly celebrates modern femininity.
