EXKi is one of Belgium’s original pioneers in wholesome fast-casual dining. Over the years, the international food chain has become known for offering high-quality, natural ingredients at every moment of the day. We helped the brand reconnect with its core values by designing the interior of its flagship restaurant in Paris—a “straight from nature” concept set to influence EXKi locations across Europe.

Rooted in biophilic design principles, our concept uses natural materials and forms to create a calming, organic environment. Neutral shapes paired with warm wooden surfaces form the backdrop for EXKi’s vibrant dishes and juices, while soft, sculptural lighting brings a gentle glow to the space. Tabletops are made from 95% recycled coffee grounds, and lush plant walls feature a variety of real greenery, bringing nature into the heart of the city.
