Located near Brussels Airport, Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport has long served international travelers and business guests. With the launch of CRAFT, the hotel aimed to create more than just a renovated restaurant—it wanted to become a destination in itself.

The challenge for us was clear: design a unique, future-proof brand and interior that would appeal to both travelers and Belgian locals, who traditionally overlook hotel dining. Through in-depth workshops with the chef, we defined CRAFT’s identity, which included a tribute to artisanal skill, determination, and hospitality. We reflected these values in tactile materials like marble, wood, wicker, copper, and basalt, all tied together in a refined interior inspired by Brussels’ Art Nouveau heritage.

The result is a bold and inviting space that elevates hotel dining, creating a memorable experience that feels both local and global in spirit.

WWM helped us to implement our new Food & Beverage concept named CRAFT for which they were able to deploy their creativity and professionalism in order to succeed in their mission. whether from a graphic design or branding point of view they were able to illustrate in reality our aspirations.
