Inside Studio Antwerp

We want to offer a little glimpse into our Antwerp studio.
When we got the chance to design our own studio, we approached it like any other office project. Before shaping the interiors, we first needed a clear understanding of who we were and the behaviours we wanted to inspire.

Our WeWantMore mindset was the base leading to the focus on three desired behaviours:
Inspire – Think further, challenge yourself and each other, dare to do
Collaborate – Be open, contribute, give and receive feedback, build on ideas as a team
Be proud & Celebrate – Don’t be shy about great work, bring positive energy, share wins and loses
The space reflects those values. It’s not flashy, but it’s considered. It makes room for both solo thinking and team energy. It’s a place where you can focus, share, review, rethink — and know the environment isn’t getting in your way.
Workplace connection matters, so we make time for it. That means regular breakfast sessions to kickstart the day, taking lunch together whenever we can, and even the occasional waffle night to wind down and catch up outside of work. These moments keep us connected, spark ideas, and build the trust needed for collaboration.
We’re not trying to compete with home.
We’re building something with its own purpose: a space that helps us show up, do the work, and do it well together. And we are proud of it!
