WWM explores the future of luxury hospitality at Corinthia London
Events | 30 Jul2026
On 30 July, WeWantMore and Palm PR brought together hospitality professionals for a breakfast conversation in one of Corinthia London’s beautiful private dining rooms, exploring the evolving expectations shaping the future of luxury dining.
The discussion built on insights from WeWantMore’s latest report, What Your Highest-Spending Guest Wants, which examines how premium guests are redefining luxury, and what this means for the spaces, experiences and brands designed around them.
Led by Sophie Maxwell Brown, Strategy Partner, and Fabian van Dijk, Business Director of Hospitality, the conversation explored a fundamental shift in luxury hospitality: today’s highest-spending guests are looking for more than exceptional food and service. They want to feel recognised, cared for and genuinely welcomed.
Rather than being driven by added convenience or traditional markers of luxury, loyalty is increasingly built through experiences that create a sense of connection, intimacy and recognition. The hospitality brands that succeed will be those that understand their guests on a deeper level and create environments that feel personal, considered and effortless.
The conversation explored key trends influencing the sector, from longevity and wellness to experiential menus and the role of neuroarchitecture in shaping the guest experience. It also highlighted the importance of the elements guests may not consciously notice, but which fundamentally influence how a space feels, from lighting and acoustics to materials, atmosphere and spatial flow.
For designers, this means looking beyond how a space looks and considering how it makes people feel. The most memorable hospitality experiences are created when the menu, the room and the service come together as one enriching, multi-sensory experience. Every detail is polished yet personal, leaving guests with both tangible and intangible moments to remember.
The future of luxury hospitality will not be defined by spaces that simply impress, but by those that create a feeling of being understood.
