ESF

ESF is Europe’s main instrument for supporting jobs, helping people get better jobs and ensuring fairer job opportunities for all EU citizens. It works by investing in Europe’s human capital – its workers, its young people and all those seeking a job.

WeWantWorkHome

With ESF's financial support, WeWantMore started the WeWantWorkHome project that aims to give employees within WeWantMore the resilience to continue their work from home in an efficient manner. By giving them the right skills, WeWantMore tries to meet their needs and requirements.

What WeWantMore wants to achieve

Through various WeWantWorkHome projects we strive to promote the competences of working people in Flanders. Furthermore, we try to inject knowledge into Flanders by promoting the teleworking skills of workers on the labour market. Finally, we wish to stimulate an optimal framework in terms of training policy, the workability and sustainability of teleworking. In this way, we are helping to support the wave of digital transition on our labor market. Competencies covered in the trainings relate to digital skills, remote leadership, remote working such as for example efficient online meetings, self-organizing ability and psychological well-being. The broad scope within which the courses fit are these 4 clusters of 21st century skills: digital literacy, collaboration, social & cultural skills and self-regulation.
