Client Service Manager - Branding
We create brands and spaces that make people feel. This makes our work go beyond form and aesthetics, but focus on the way people experience a brand or space. This experience is shaped by a multitude of touchpoints and impressions, ranging from a brand’s visual identity and voice to its packaging, digital experience or interior design.
Your role will be to guide our clients in branding trajectories from A-Z. You are the spokesperson for the client during the design process.
Given your background in a digital agency you will support the creative and client service management team in developing specific digital brand experiences for our clients.
When our creative director and Digital experience lead spot an opportunity for a client to step up in terms of digital experience you will support this trajectory.
You have a passion for brands and creating brand experiences, and an even bigger passion for digital brand experiences
You have a proven track record in guiding clients in branding and digital brand experiences (websites / platforms / campaigns / installations) (8 years)
You have a good understanding of UX and UI-design and can guide this process from a csm point of view
You love managing several projects at the same time
You’re eager to build long term relationships with brands and clients
You are a born communicator internally and externally
You are used to presenting to a client
You are positive minded and have an entrepreneurial spirit
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
You will guide the client and creatives during the entire branding process and the creation of digital brand experiences in particular
You will write and monitor the approach, budget and timings.
You have a helicopter view on your projects and know their status on all times
You will share your digital knowledge with the team
You will manage every detail to make our projects succeed
You will join a team of 35 highly skilled multidisciplinary creatives relentlessly striving to move people with the brands and spaces they create.
