As a Belgian premium real estate developer, LandmarX wants to make a change. They do so by taking cues from hospitality to make the purchasing process a seamlessly smooth, aesthetically pleasing and human-centered experience. Because a real estate project impacts neighborhoods, public spaces, but above all people.

Caring for quality of life lies at the core of LandmarX. That’s why we created a brand identity that truly expresses this approach.

X as a modular system

The X forms the basis of the brand and a way to visualize the LandmarX pillars in a playful way. It’s a modular system that can also be used to create new abstract forms and icons that can easily become a part of the identity. 

For LandmarX, it’s all in the details. A green satin foil acts as the fourth color on a green background. A detail with a premium feel that reflects LandmarX’ ethos. 

Grid

The fine typography and generous spaces in between emphasize the luxurious aspect of LandmarX. They also contrast the constructivist character of the structure which balances the whole and gives it the right amount of finesse.
